NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 13, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-006012 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 4th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-11, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM R. LEWIS; JEANNE AM LEWIS; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION , are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 1st day of December, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
