NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28, 2014, and entered in 2013 CA 008418 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and BETTY HILL A/K/A BETTY J. HILL; BETTY HILL A/K/A BETTY J. HILL, AS TRUSTEE OF THE BETTY HILL REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT UTD 10/9/2008; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BETTY HILL A/K/A BETTY J. HILL; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE BETTY HILL REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 10/9/2008; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN OF CLEVELAND; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SCOTT HILL; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A NATALYA HILL are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 21, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 726, DESOTO LAKES, UNIT NO. 13, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY,FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
