The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 14-CC-002333, Whisperwood I Homeowners Association, Inc., Plaintiff vs. Donald D. Duncan and David Kevin Bowen, Defendants.
