NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 58-2013-CA-002535-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR RESIDENTAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-EMX2, Plaintiff and JOSE DELGADO; MARITZA DELGADO; ET AL; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.sarasota.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 9:00 A.M., November 24, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
