LOTS 28 AND 29, BLOCK 702, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 149 THROUGH 173, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
