DOSIS; JESSICA L. FRANKLIN- DOSIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES P. DOSIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESSICA L. FRANKLIN-DOSIS; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; ALLY BANK are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM on December 1, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 53 AND 54, BLOCK 1025, UNIT 24, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 64 TO 77, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
