FRANKINBURGER; LYNN FRANKINBURGER A/K/A LYNN M. FRANKINBURGER; UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA; are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM on December 1, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 4437, UNIT 63, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 48-81, AND INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
