CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-HYB2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HYB2 is the Plaintiff, and JAMA K. SHAW, et al., are the Defendants, Lee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 7, BLOCK 1, DANIELS PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGES 59 THROUGH 62, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM. on the 27 day of February, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
