NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-053209, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4, is Plaintiff and ROBERT F. RICZO, SR.; LORINDA EDMONSON RICZO A/K/A LORINDA E. RICZO, CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00AM, on November 24, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1327, UNIT 18, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 96 TO 120, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
