NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 4, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-CA-057033 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Michele S. McNeil-Despot A/K/A Michele S. McNeil; Wells Fargo Financial System Florida, Inc.; PNC Bank, N.A. F/K/A National City Bank; Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on December 4, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46, BLOCK 13 OF EAST PART OF UNIT 3, REPLAT OF RE-SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK B, BUCKINGHAM PARK, NORTHWEST SECTION, SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 190, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
