NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-005023-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and MARY KARANTONIS; PETER KARANTONIS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Paula O'Neil, Clerk of Court for PASCO County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 30th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1283, HOLIDAY LAKE ESTATES, UNIT FIFTEEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE(S) 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
