NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-005182-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11 is Plaintiff and GREGORY L. DUNCAN; MICHELLE L. DUNCAN; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; STATE OF FLORIDA; ROSEMARY HEINE; NATIONAL ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION , are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on December 2nd, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
