NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 26, 2014, entered in Case No. 09-CA-032117 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loan Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP is the Plaintiff and Bharathakumaran Nair; The Unknown Spouse Of Bharathakumaran Nair; If Living, Including Any Unknown Spouse of Said Defendant(s), If Remarried, and if Deceased, the Respective Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Leinors, and Trustees, and All Other Persons Claiming by, Through, Under or Against the Named Defendant(s); Heather Lakes At Brandon Community Association, Inc.; Whether Dissolved or Presently Existing, Together with any Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, or Trustees of Said Defendant(s) and All Other Persons Claiming By, Through, Under or Against Defendant(s); Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 20th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2 IN BLOCK D OF HEATHER LAKES UNIT XXXVI PHASE B, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT NOOK 88, PAGE 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
