NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2014, an Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2014, and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale After Bankruptcy dated October 2, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-02202 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NSB INVESTMENTS, LLC, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT RUSSELL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT RUSSELL, THOMAS JONES, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS JONES, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB, AND PALISADES ACQUISITIONS XVI, LLC ASSIGNEE OF MBNA AMERICA BANK, are the Defendants, Pat Frank, as Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on November 19, 2014, the below described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure and Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 12, BLOCK E, REVISED MAP OF BAY CITY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH ½ OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON NORTH.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. Failure of any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, other than the property owner, to file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale will result in a loss of entitlement to surplus funds.
