RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed September 4, 2014 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-001608 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and MAUREEN NELSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
