NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 9th day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-013141, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4 is Plaintiff and HERBERT CEPHAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HERBERT CEPHAS; ANN SMART; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANN SMART; ANN SMART, AS TRUSTEE UDT #926 DATED DECEMBER 6, 1999; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES UDT #926 DATED DECEMBER 6, 1999; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 4th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, LESS THE WEST 62.92 FEET THEREOF, OF WINIFRED HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
