NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 13-CA-010292 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ROWENA KENNEDY A/K/A ROWENA K. KENNEDY A/K/A ROWENA KATHERINE KENNEDY, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of December, 2014, the following described property:
THE SOUTH 130 FEET OF THE NORTH 190 FEET OF THE WEST 100 FEET OF THE EAST 200 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
