NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7, 2014, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-015449, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9, is Plaintiff and JOSE MENENDEZ A/K/A JOSE ELIETT MENENDEZ A/K/A JOSE E. MENENDEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE MENENDEZ A/K/A JOSE ELIETT MENENDEZ A/K/A JOSE E. MENENDEZ; CARROLL LANDING PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; REGIONAL ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION; IRT CAPITAL CORPORATION II; TAMPA BAY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; STATE OF FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants.
