NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-002315, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and EVERETTE J. PARKER A/K/A EVERETT J. PARKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EVERETTE J. PARKER A/K/A EVERETT J. PARKER; AUTUMN CHACE TOWNHOMES OF PINE LAKE ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 25th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
