NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 12, 2014, entered in Case No. 09-CA-016179 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein RFC, LLC is the Plaintiff and Jorge E. Anaya; Constanza E. Anaya; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc. MIN No. 10013800914352634; Fishhawk Ranch Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under or Against a Named Defendant to this Action, or Having or Claiming to have any Right, Title or Interest in the property herein described are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 2nd day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 51, FISHHAWK RANCH TOWNHOMES PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGE 286-297, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
