NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2012CA018955 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLEY AS TRUSTEE OF OWS REMIC TRUST 2013-1 WITHOUT RECOURSE, Plaintiff, and, COMAR, KARTIKA, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of December, 2014, the following described property:
BEGINNING AT A POINT 25 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF NORTHWEST 1/4 OF NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST; RUN NORTH 62.97 FEET; THENCE RUN EAST 143.39 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 62.97 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST 143.39 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
