NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 2, 2014 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-007085 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR4 is the Plaintiff and ANNE P. KERR; KENNETH L. KERR; SOUTHGREEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/16/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
