NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Final Judgment, dated September 9, 2014, in Case No. 2013-CA-008152 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE NORTHERN TRUST COMPANY, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NORTHERN TRUST, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS NORTHERN TRUST BANK OF FLORIDA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and MIRTA AMBERSON; SHEY AMBERSON; PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS, INC., A FLORIDA NON PROFIT CORPORATION, are the Defendants, PAT FRANK, Clerk of the Court, Hillsborough County, Florida will sell the property located in Hillsborough County, Florida to the highest and best bidder for cash.
