NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-032477, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC. , is Plaintiff and ELVIS R. BARROS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELVIS R. BARROS; THE LANDINGS OF TAMPA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CTL CONSTRUCTION CORP. A/K/A C.T.L. CONSTRUCTION CORP.; KERNS - WHITEHOUSE & ASSOCIATES, INC.; JANE DOE N/K/A BOLIVIA DURAN, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 4th day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 313, OF THE LANDINGS OF TAMPA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15589, AT PAGE 1308, AS AMENDED BY SCRIVENER'S AFFIDAVIT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15605, PAGE 686, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
