Final Judgment was awarded on January 7, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-003566, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO THE LEADER MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and, DONNA JEAN LAW A/K/A DONNA JEAN BARRETO A/K/A JEANNIE BARRETO; JOHN BARRETO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONNA JEAN LAW AIKIA DONNA JEAN BARRETO A/K/A JEANNIE BARRETO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN BARRETO; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
