NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 1, 2013 in Civil Case No.:29-2012-CA-016117, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, KIDIST BERHANU; DAVID MILLION; FISHHAWK RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
