Final Judgment was awarded on December 13, 2007 in Civil Case No.: 07-CA-005195, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and, HILDRA L. ALLEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HILDRA L. ALLEN, IF ANY; SUMMERFIELDM MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on November 21, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
