CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 91, OF WOODLAKE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 38 THROUGH 53, INCLUSIVE AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4202, PAGES 1119 THROUGH 1182, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED TO IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
