Morrone, Five Towns Of St. Petersburg, No. 301, Inc., Unknown Tenant #2, United States Of America Acting On Behalf Of The Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development, Unknown Spouse Of Marie C. Morrone, Unknown Tenant #1, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 1st day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. B-306, BERKSHIRE BUILDING, OF FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG NO. 301, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OR 3929, PAGE 493, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 49 THROUGH 51, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
