You are notified that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Pinellas County:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1 OF BICKLEY'S LAKEWOOD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 52, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Sixth Judicial Circle in and for Pinellas, Florida; Case No. 14-005783-CI; and is styled U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST vs. MARVETTE A. SMILEY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARVETTE A. SMILEY, LEON SMILEY, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Giuseppe S. Cataudella, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 255 S. Orange Ave., Ste. 900, Orlando, FL 32801-3454, on or before 12-8-2014, (or 30 days from the first date of publication) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on 12-8-2014 or immediately after service; otherwise,a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiff's interest which will be binding upon you.
