Unit No. 106, Building No. 782, VILLAGE LAKE, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 33, page(s) 11 through 27 inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4829, page(s) 464, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on LEAH H. MAYERSOHN, ESQ., MAYERSOHN LAW GROUP, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 101 NE 3rd Ave, Suite 1250, Ft Lauderdale, Florida 33301, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer, in Clearwater, Florida.
