YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Diplomat House, Unit 311, and an undivided interest, or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Town Shores of Gulfport, No. 212, a Condominium and exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in Official Records Book 4085, page 1701, et seq. And the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, pages 75, 76, and 77, et seq, together with additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

If a Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
