AND UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
A leasehold estate created by that certain Lease by and between Stella Del Mar Co-Op, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, as Lessor and Virginia A. Clemento and Frank A. Stewart, as set forth in that certain Memorandum of Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 14776, Page 804, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and pertaining to the following described property:
Unit/Lot No. 316, Caribbean Isles Co-Op, Inc. (formerly known as Stella Del Mar Co-Op., Inc.), a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 14667, Page 2427, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida (the “Master Agreement”), and as legally described in Exhibit “A” to said Master Agreement.
Together with that certain mobile home described as follows:
Year: 1983, Name of Manufacturer: Palm, ID Nos. 17986A and 17986B
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale conducted by Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on December 16, 2014. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made by 11:00 am EST on the next business day after the sale to the Clerk by cash or cashier's check.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
