NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 15th day of January, 2015, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
ALL OF LOT 9 AND THAT PART OF LOT 8 DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 8 AND RUN NORTH ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT, 4.5 FEET TO A PERMANENT REFERENCE MONUMENT: THENCE WESTERLY 123.82 FEET (THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF THE OLD PIPE STAKE) TO A PERMANENT REFERENCE MONUMENT AT A POINT ON THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT, SAID POINT LYING 6.5 FEET NORTHERLY FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT, 6.5 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OT SAID LOT; THENCE EASTERLY 126.09 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL BEING IN BLOCK “C”, SECOND ADDITION TO SUNSET POINT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
