Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 19, 2014, in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT 104, BUILDING W30, LANSBROOK VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN BOOK 14696, PAGE 673 THROUGH 874, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 139, PAGES 42 THROUGH 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
