NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13002558CA, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-HE1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE1 is the Plaintiff and JOEL ARNOLD A/K/A JOEL M. ARNOLD; VELVET CLOAKE ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A VELVET CLOAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; GAIL ARNOLD A/K/A GAIL L. ARNOLD and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 2nd day of December, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT N201, VELVET CLOAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 40 PAGES 2 THROUGH 5, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4986, PAGES 51 THROUGH 88, AND REFILED IN O.R. BOOK 4988, PAGES 1754 THROUGH 1812, AS MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
