NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 14-003390-CI in which, National Home Investors, LLC, Plaintiff, and James Cummings; Sharon Cummings; Pinellas County Clerk of Court; Arrow Financial Services, LLC; and Any Unknown Tenant in Possession, Defendants, and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described on the following described property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 7, Palmway, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page(s) 94, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
a/k/a 1751 Scranton St., St. Petersburg, FL 33711 (“Property”)
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto, the Clerk of Pinellas County, will offer the above-referenced real property to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 4th day of December, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
