Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Clerk of Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 1st Day of December, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Clearwater, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Pinellas County, Florida, as follows:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY SITUATE IN THE CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, COUNTY OF PINELLAS, AND STATE OF FLORIDA, TO WIT: LOT 10, BLOCK 3, LUANNE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34 PAGE 71 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 14, 2014, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
