Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Pinellas County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:

All of Lot twenty-six (26) and Lot twenty-five (25), less and except that part described as follows: Begin at a point in the East line of Lot twenty-five (25) Block “B” of Shadowlawn, which point is five (5) feet North of the Southeasterly corner of said lot; thence run South five (5) feet to the Southeasterly corner of said lot; thence run Westerly along the Southerly line of said lot one hundred twenty-one and three tenths (121.3) feet to the Southwesterly corner of said lot; thence run Northerly along the Westerly line of said lot fourteen (14) feet; thence run Southeasterly to point of beginning; said strip being five feet in width at its Easterly end and fourteen feet in width at its Westerly end, in Block “B” of SHADOWLAWN SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book Seven (7), Page forty-one (41), of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on December 01, 2014. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 P.M. on the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
