NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on December 8, 2014, that certain real property situated in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 11, Block 1, SHERWOOD FOREST SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 49, Page 27, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
