NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10009114CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE IT 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and PHIL MOORE A/K/A PHIL W. MOORE A/K/A PHIL MORE; CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; EILEEN ARALLO A/K/A EILEEN M. ARALLO and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 5th day of December, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 65 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 10, ROUSLYNN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
