NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 7, 2014, entered in Case No. 11-007271-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Brendan E. Callahan; Tracy L. Callahan; John Doe and Jane Doe, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, CONCORD GROVES ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
