NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-1410-CO-041 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WOODSIDE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and AMY JORDAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AMY JORDAN; NATIONAL REVENUE SERVICE, INC.; JOSHUA I. CURTIS; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 19th day of December, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 1702C, Woodside Village, a condominium and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Woodside Village, a Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 4861, pages 1517 through 1586 inclusive, amended in O.R. Book 4930, pages 1164 through 1166, O.R. Book 5494, page 301, and O.R. Book 6411, page 575 and 576, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and as shown on Plat recorded in Condominium plat book 34, pages 78 through 86 inclusive Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
