Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated September 23, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 13-004203-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and JESSE C. PRICE A/K/A JESSE PRICE, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
UNIT #308, TOWN ARMS APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICAL RECORDS BOOK 3221, PAGE 514, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 91-92 AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 21st day of November, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
