NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 09, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-000715-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-BC2, is Plaintiff, and KELLY DEFEO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1331, PLANTATION PARK PRIVATE RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 8252, PAGE 2922, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGE 50 THROUGH 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
