MTGLQ Investors, L.P., Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNERS, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL PARTIES CLAIMING INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF STEPHEN HRINDICH, JR. DECEASED; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM on this December 1st, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
