MELVIN; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; CHASE BANK USA, N.A.; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK; FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION WHICH ALSO TRADES AS FIRST HORIZON; CITY OF ORLANDO; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 12/1/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
