NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 15, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-013881-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and FRANCK WALLART, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF BLOCK “A”, WINDERMERE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “G”, PAGES 36 THROUGH 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN NORTH ALONG THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF OAKDALE AVENUE, A DISTANCE OF 200 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SIXTH STREET A DISTANCE OF 167.5 FEET; THENCE NORTHERLY, PARALLEL WITH THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF OAKDALE AVENUE A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SIXTH STREET A DISTANCE OF 167.5 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF OAKDALE AVENUE; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF OAKDALE AVENUE, A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
