NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-012534-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Holders of the First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF7, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF7 is the Plaintiff and William T. Logan a/k/a William Logan; Molly R. Wynn-Logan; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for GMAC Mortgage, LLC; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 1st day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, ROSEMONT SECTION NINE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
