LOT 22, BLOCK 799, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION 27, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 20A THROUGH 20F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on December 8, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
